Ponds are my passion. I have extensive knowledge of ponds and how pond plants can be used to both beautify and make a water feature healthy. I grow many varieties of pond plants including water lilies and lotuses.
My background in ponds comes from my love for
the outdoors and everything wild. Growing up in Ontario, Canada I was
always around the water, fishing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. I
also have a tropical soul and travel has always been a big part of my
life. I spent many years exploring the tropical rainforests of Costa
Rica.
In
2006, I began managing a pond and aquatics store just outside of
Toronto. Over the years I grew this pond store into one of the most
successful pond stores in North America. My key to success was helping
thousands of clients with their pond challenges and needs, leading pond
building seminars and empowering weekend warriors to create the ponds
and waterfalls of their dreams.
In 2012, I traveled to The Big Island of Hawaii with my daughter, my wife, and her parents. We all fell in love with the aloha spirit of the island and we decided to move our multi-generational ‘ohana to this beautiful island.
Since 2013 I have been
living in paradise in Kailua Kona, and I have been able to share my passion for water
gardens with our community. I am ready to create a spectacular water feature for
you, whether we are starting from scratch or bringing your existing pond
to the next level.
